Surro Files - Just A Quick Update... because I'm sick

***OOOps!  Forgot to post this one yesterday.  Gah!  Preggo brain already and I'm not even pregnant.  LOL!  On a side note, I went to the doctor and I'm feeling MUCH better today!  Yay!!!!!!! ***

Ok, just a quick update from me this week.  I've been sick this whole week and frankly I just don't feel like writing.  I really thought I was going to kick this thing in the butt ASAP, but I guess my butt kicking powers aren't what I thought they were.  Boo!  Better brush up on those skills.  Anyways, I plan on breaking down and going to the doctor tomorrow.  Hopefully we can get this sickness totally cleared up by next week so my ear drums don't bust on the plane and I can breathe through my nose once again.  Oh what sweet bliss that would be.

Other than sickness, I did have a monitoring appointment this week.  It was just the usual blood draws and ultrasound to check my baby making materials out.  Everything looks great!  Lining was at 6.5 and ovaries were quiet.  I'm thinking if we keep this up, I might actually be able to reach my goal of a 10 by transfer.  How perfect would that be?!?!  A perfect 10.  A 10 really isn't a magic number in the world of IVF linings, but it's a number stuck in my head and my goal for this transfer.  I will do it!

In addition to my monitoring appointment we've been trying to set up my travel plans as well as write up some contract changes in order to transfer two embryos.  Originally we had agreed to one.  It's a pretty quick change.  Just sign an addendum and mail it off.  Only problem is that I'm not home and Brian needs to sign it too, so I guess we'll get that done and in the mail as soon as I get home later today.

Coming up next...  Wednesday I have my next monitoring appointment.  This will be the make it or break it appointment that says whether this transfer is a go or not.  It will be my last appointment before I fly out to Conneticut on the 24th.  Everyone keep your fingers crossed that everything goes perfectly.  I'm pretty confident it will, but you never know, so I can use all the good luck I can get.
